As ER-EL MAKİNA YEDEK PARÇA İMALATI SAN. VE TİC. LTD ŞTİ., since 1989 we have been manufacturing the die clamping and machining equipment that has made us a mark of reliability and quality. Advancing on a steadily rising line in installed capacity and total employment over the years, ER-EL today exports to nearly 45 countries, primarily in Europe.
Our R&D department, which works to provide solutions matched to the needs and requests of our customers, each of whom has its own distinct value and importance, pursues its work on widening the product range with great dedication. Increasing its investments in order to manufacture value-added, high-quality and safe products, our company has followed an efficient and sustainable path and, by establishing the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in 2004, certified the quality it already had. It subsequently obtained the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health Management and CE certificates and manufactures in accordance with them.
As of today, we take pride in being a leading manufacturer in our field, with more than 4500 ready-to-ship stock items in Die & Workpiece Clamping Equipment and Machining Systems.
Beyond our standard production, we also manufacture project-based fixtures. The mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic fixtures we design and produce specifically for the workpiece are used by distinguished industrial companies, above all in the Aerospace Industry and in the Automotive, White Goods, Heavy Machinery and Defense Industry sectors. With our product range that optimizes system efficiency, we continue to manufacture to internationally accepted standards recognized in our field.
In the new factory it moved into in 2017, our company works with superior performance for customer satisfaction, with its dynamic and expert team in the production facility and the administrative building, and with both standard and project-based fixture solutions.
MİKSAN Quick Clamping Systems, which served the sector for many years as a manufacturer of die clamping elements in Turkey and abroad, has been acquired and incorporated into our company ER-EL Die Clamping and Machining Systems. MİKSAN products, now an ER-EL brand, will continue to serve with the quality and assurance of our company.
